OOTD: Florals + The Wang

I've been a bit lagging in the OOTD blogposts, oops! I could only pack so much in one massive suitcase, so I'm slowly building my German wardrobe, one piece at a time, which means more clothes for me, delayed OOTD blogposts for you.

There are so many exciting brands to peruse that aren't available in Korea. One brand I've been dying to get my hands on (which I belatedly discovered does exist in Korea) is Bershka. I saw a Bershka in Frankfurt and went in on a mini haul (5-6 pieces). Bershka is part of Inditex, the Spanish company that also owns Zara, so it's perfectly reasonable that I'll love Bershka too.

Top- Zara // Shorts- Bershka // Shoes- Korea // Bag- Alexander Wang Rockie // Sunnies- Ray-Bans

The floral shirt is from Zara's F/W 2013 collection, which is filled with patterns juxtaposed with textures like leather/pleather piping, satin and sheer panels, etc. I love the long-ish sleeves and loose fit that tones down the R rating on these skin-baring shorts. The shirt is also quite long, so I can wear it untucked with skinny jeans for a really casual yet chic feel.

I went with chunky silver monogrammed jewelry that I had custom-engraved with my initials when I was in high school. I wore a matching bracelet that you can see in other photos.

These Bershka shorts are super sporty and playful, and pairing it with a more serious floral top played with the contrasts. I have to say that these shorts are a bit scandalous- the cut on the side is very naughty, so definitely not for work or school.

My beloved Alexander Wang Rockie in Tang. I am dying to get another in a fall/spring appropriate color like oyster grey or lavender, but I am also eyeing a cobalt 3.1 Phillip Lim tote that just came out this season. Decisions!

What next "It" bag would you love to have? Any recommendations for me?

  1. I love your shorts!! Wish I could pull them off, you're so lucky! The 3.1 Phillip Lim bags are so nice and unique! good choice (: I'm seriously pining for the Rebeccca Minkoff Cupid bag in rose gold right now, it's so simple and functional while still being distinct
