OOTD: Army Greens

Shirt- Zara // Shorts- Zara // Boots- Korean market // Sunglasses- Ray-Bans // Buffalo Leather Bag- Zara // Jewelry- Custom-made from The Hatters + Eunhee Lee Jewelry

Recently I've been looking a little pouty in photos. It usually means I'm wilting under the dense Korean humidity that just settles into your clothes and makes taking outfit photos an exhaustingly slippery process. Or maybe subconsciously I'm emulating a feed-me-I'm-hangry model pose.

I bought these super comfy jersey-esque cargo shorts from Zara's Fall 2013 collection two weeks ago. I always associate army greens with crisp fall weather and hardy army boots, so I paired it with my old but trusty army boots that I picked up at a Korean market about 4 years ago. I love the lace-up detail and whenever I put these boots on, I feel like a bad ass. I remember I used to live in them for days on end back in 2009. They're not really from the army though, fyi.

I'm curious: do you prefer me smiling or pouty in photos?

  1. First picture's my favourite - smiling away! Much more friendly and the minute I saw it I was like, I have to buy those shorts! Stay happy :)

  2. Heya! so sweet of you to pop by and say hi - and glad you did coz I came by and I love your blog.

  6. They are unbelievably sturdy but if I recall correctly, did not break my bank! Thank you very much for the compliment, Amy :D

  7. Your boots are adorable. I love them and I will definitely buy myself a pair next weekend.
