What's In My Makeup Bag: Europe Edition

I'll be off to Europe tomorrow! Another trip abroad calls for another travel bag for clothes, skincare, and makeup. I won't list all the items line by line here because when I started these series, I didn't envision them taking up 2/3 of my blog, so I'll just throw in a few quick pictures and have you guess at the items inside.

I chose to have a blogpost on this rather than ignore it completely because I like to see how my travel bags shift dependent on the location or the focus of the trip. For Thailand, my makeup products were minimal, with emphasis on sunscreen and skincare- items that would either make me smell good or protect me from the sun, salt, and sand. For Europe this time around, I'll be in a predominantly metro area in the transition from spring to summer, sightseeing or indulging in the nightlife, so the focus was of course on makeup and less skincare. Also, I'm packing less products because I intend to purchase a few more products while there- not a lot because I'm still on a self-imposed pseudo spending ban for skincare products. Some goodies still await patiently for me to test them at home in Korea, so I can't in good conscience clear out a European drugstore... not this time, anyway.

You'll notice a lot more makeup brushes, a wider range of lip products, and many more eyeshadows thrown in. Because spring turning into summer is such a beautiful transitioning time, I plan to make full use of color, both on eyes and lips. A keen eye can spot a few holy grails that I would not leave home without, as explained in previous posts.

Other notes: I've spent all day running around finishing errands and trying to find a money-exchange place in Seoul that sells Euros. Apparently some hotshot decided to exchange currency into 20,000 Euros this morning, taking all the Euros that Seoul had with him, making my life much more difficult because I refuse to exchange at banks who sell at exorbitant costs. The thought then occurs as to what idiot exchanges for 20,000 Euros in cash?!

Now I just have to finish packing clothes and I'm off for some well-deserved winks before an early flight tomorrow morning. Unless my usual procrastination and terrible sense of punctuality prevents me, I'll try to throw in a quick OOTD post from the airport!

PS: The winners of my Caudalíe Giveaway are @slutsandbru1ses (Winner A) and @msradmilamila (Winner B)! I've contacted both, so please respond within a 24 hour period to claim your prize and have it mailed to you. Thanks for participating! I'll have another giveaway soon, maybe with some European beauty stash!
