Travels: Thailand Update

We're here! 2 planes and 1 boat later, we've arrived on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan. Today is the Thai New Year, or the Songkran Festival, so loads of water festivities are going on around the island. Just wanted to do a quick update of what I ate for breakfast before heading out:

Crab Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce

Roasted zucchini, marinated olives, roasted capsicum, roasted tomatoes, sausage, and bacon

A perfectly toasted wheat bread slice and croissant with a magical 9!!! different types of jams made on-site at the resort. Oh. My. God.

This is just a bit of what's happened thus far. I'll do a proper post of the accommodations and restaurant/food reviews later!
